Cost
There is no specific cost to this internship, and there is no income either. You will be responsible for your own living expenses (if living with a family, this will include paying a fee for room and board). There may also be other expenses, such as buying books or paying for a pilgrimage to visit other communities. Generally, you should be able to manage with a part-time job.
Commitment
The internship will require approximately 20 hours per week. This will include church gatherings, intern meetings / classes, outreach, prayer, mentoring, and family time. As you work or attend classes elsewhere, we would expect that you make the intern schedule a priority, and faithfully attend required events each week. Some of the hours will be set times, and some will be flexible according to your schedule. You will be immersed both in a particular family and in the boiler room, and will meet the responsibilities that come with both these central commitments.
